The original title, The Bubble, was far less deceiving: there are no foreigners and no "invasion" in fact, and not much enthusiasm, either. Cast includes Filmed in widescreen Space-Vision. Cujo: Sincerely terrifying adaptation of Stephen King thriller about a female and her child terrorized by a rabid St. Bernard. The Eel: A businessman viciously kills his spouse after finding that she has been cheating on him. 8 years later, he is paroled from penitentiary, and can only connect to his pet eel, since it cannot betray him. Noel: Ambitious tear jerker in regards to the interactions of scared, susceptible buddies, lovers, colleagues, and outsiders on Christmas Eve. A lonely novel editor (Sarandon) whose mom suffers from Alzheimer's, a cop Stroller whose unreasonable jealousy is restraining his fiance Cruz, and a heartbroken waiter Arkin with a odd rebirth fantasy. Gets better as it goes along, it zeros in on issues of acceptance and reconciliation. Cast includes Penelope Cruz, Susan Sarandon, Paul Stroller, Alan Arkin, Marcus Thomas, Chazz Palminteri, Chantal Lonergan, and Erika Rosenbau. (88 minutes, 2004)
Do The Right Thing: This is a Spike Lee Directed film. On a hot summer day in a Brooklyn neighborhood, things are heating up. With various people from different races and cultures, all struggling with their own, or each other's problems, things have reached a boiling point. The crescendo of which is a racially motivated outbreak of violence.
Talladega Nights: The Battle o Ricky Bobby: This is a crazy comedy with NASCAR racing as its platform. Ricky Bobby has become one of the best drivers in NASCAR. When an accident puts him out of action, he loses his nerve for racing. With nothing but racing in his life, Ricky Bobby must find a way to overcome his fear, and return to his championship form.
